TRENTHAM

One of the largest garden regeneration projects in Britain is breathing new life into Trentham's historic gardens. Award winning designers Tom Stuart Smith and Piet Oudolf have introduced vast plantings of some 76,000 choice perennials and 100,000 spring bulbs, providing interest throughout the year. Innovative horticultural displays, Italian Gardens, fountains, a mile long lake, Model Show Gardens, Children’s activities and ‘Barfuss’ Britain’s first bare foot walking park - will help ensure that visitors are provided with a diversely interesting visit at any time of the year.

New for 2008: 7 acre perennial meadow by Piet Oudolf, and hornbeam spiral hedge maze and viewing mound.
